Change a phone number, price or date on every SeedProd page with AI
Your AI finds every place the old text appears on your SeedProd pages and replaces it with your yes, page by page.
Prerequisites
A site connected to WPVibe with SeedProd 6.20 or newer (free or Pro) on WordPress 6.9 or newer, and an administrator account.
My site uses SeedProd. Change [the old text, e.g. our old phone number] to [the new text] everywhere it appears on my SeedProd pages. It may also be written as [other forms, e.g. with dots instead of dashes, or in a call link starting tel:]. Show me every place first and change nothing until I say yes. 1. Run seedprod/get-status, then list every SeedProd page with seedprod/list-pages and status all, so drafts and the coming soon and maintenance pages are included. If get-status says build is lite, skip pages of type header, footer, page, part, loginp and p404: they are left from SeedProd Pro and aren't used as your login, 404, header or footer on the free plugin. On Pro, include them, and tell me that a header or footer change shows on every page its conditions match while the SeedProd theme is on. 2. For each page, run seedprod/get-page with outline true to get its section ids. The outline cuts long text, so don't search the outline: read every section whole with seedprod/get-page, id PAGE_ID and section_ids set to a list of SECTION_ID values, a few at a time, and search all of its settings (text, headlines, button text, links) for each form of the old text, including where HTML tags or entities split it. If one section alone still comes back cut off, don't edit it: mark it in the table as not checked, with the page's edit_url, so I can change it in the SeedProd builder. 3. Show me a table: page title, status, section id, block type, and the sentence before and after the change. Include links that contain it. Say how many places on how many pages. Stop and wait for my yes. 4. On my yes, one page at a time: run seedprod/save-page with id PAGE_ID and replace_sections, sending each changed section whole exactly as you read it, with only the old text replaced. If a section read is cut off, read that section alone; never save a section you didn't read whole. Check the response says Compile: done; if it doesn't, give me that page's edit_url to open and click Save. 5. For each published landing page, fetch it with get_page_html and confirm the new text shows and the old text is gone. If the old page still shows, tell me to clear my host's or caching plugin's cache, then fetch it again. If get-status showed coming soon or maintenance mode on, visitors only see the mode page: check that page through the homepage, and tell me the landing pages can't be checked as a visitor until the mode is off. List every change by page so I can spot-check, with each page's edit_url.
Skip pasting the full prompt. Drop this into your AI on a site that already has WPVibe:
Run the “Change a phone number, price or date on every SeedProd page with AI” recipe from the WPVibe cookbook on my connected site.
Your phone number changed, or the price went up, or the retreat moved to May. On a site built with SeedProd that text sits in a headline on one landing page, a paragraph on another and a footer bar on a third, and SeedProd has no find and replace across pages. Miss one and a customer calls a dead number.
Ask your AI assistant and it reads every SeedProd page section by section, finds each place the old text appears, and shows you the list with the sentence around it before changing anything. On your yes it replaces the text one page at a time, sends each section back whole so nothing else on the page moves, and checks the live page shows the new text.
Give the exact old text and the new text, and say if it also appears in other forms, such as a phone number written with dots or in a call link. Pages built in the block editor, menus and widgets are not SeedProd pages; ask about those separately.
Outcome
Every SeedProd page shows the new text, and you have the list of what changed on which page.
