Run an internal linking pass across my WordPress posts. Work in two phases and change nothing in phase one.

Phase 1, propose only:
- Read my published posts and group them by topic.
- Find places where one post could naturally link to another genuinely related post of mine.
- For each suggestion show me: the source post, the exact existing phrase you would turn into a link (the anchor text), and the target post it would point to.
- Only suggest links where the connection is real and useful to a reader. Do not force a link on every keyword.
- Give me the full list and stop.

Then wait for me to confirm. I will take a backup before you edit anything.

Phase 2, after I approve:
- Add only the links I approve by wrapping the existing phrase in a link. Do not rewrite the sentence, add new text, or move anything.
- Keep all block markup and wording exactly as it was.
- When you are done, list every link you added, with the post and the anchor text, so I can spot-check.
