Terms of Service

Effective date: June 3, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of WPVibe, operated by SeedProd, LLC (“WPVibe”, “we”, “us”), including the WPVibe MCP server and the Vibe AI plugin (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Except as described in the refund policy below, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice.

AI usage and limits

Plans include a daily or monthly allowance of AI requests. Fair-use rate limits may apply, and additional usage may require an upgraded plan. We may adjust limits to protect the stability of the Service.

Your content and connected sites

You retain ownership of the content you create and the WordPress sites you connect. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups and for the lawful use of your sites. Because the Service can modify your site, you are responsible for reviewing changes before publishing.

Intellectual property

WPVibe and its underlying software, documentation, and branding are owned by SeedProd, LLC. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service. If you send us feedback, you grant us the right to use it without restriction or compensation.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, circumvent its security or usage limits, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete, and you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify WPVibe against third-party claims arising from your use of the Service or your content.

Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term unless cancelled beforehand. You authorize us to charge your payment method for each renewal.

Cancellation and termination

You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

Refund policy

New subscriptions include a 14-day money-back guarantee. Renewals and any consumable usage purchases are non-refundable.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and the exclusive venue for disputes is the state and federal courts located in Florida.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
