Import and Export Navigation Menus with AI
Copy a WordPress navigation menu, nesting and all, from one site to another without rebuilding it by hand.
Prerequisites
Both the source and target sites connected to WPVibe, or the source menu structure to hand.
Copy the navigation menu named [menu name] from my site [source URL] to my site [target URL]. First read the source menu and list every item in order with its label, link, and nesting so I can confirm it. Then recreate the same menu on the target site: create the menu, add each item with the same label and URL, and preserve the parent and child structure. Do not change anything on the source site. When you are done, read the new menu back and show me the full structure so I can check it matches, then remind me to assign it to a menu location under Appearance, Menus in my theme.

Skip the copy-paste. Just ask your AI for the “Import and Export Navigation Menus with AI” recipe, or describe the task, and WPVibe runs these steps on your own site.
Navigation menus never come across in a normal export. WordPress keeps them in their own corner of the database, separate from your posts and pages, so when you spin up a new site or a staging copy the menu is simply gone. Rebuilding it by hand means retyping every label, pasting every link, and getting the nesting right, and it is the kind of fiddly job that produces broken links and dropped submenu items exactly where visitors notice.
Your AI assistant can move a menu between two connected sites for you. It reads the source menu in order, every label, link, and parent-child relationship, lists it back so you can confirm, then recreates the same structure on the target site item by item, keeping the hierarchy intact. It never touches the source site, and when it finishes it reads the new menu back so you can check it matches before anyone relies on it.
Paste the prompt below and name the menu plus both sites. One thing to know: the copy creates the menu and its items, but which slot it appears in depends on the menu locations your theme registers, so the last step is assigning it in Appearance, Menus on the new site. The prompt asks the AI to remind you of that so a copied menu does not sit invisible.
Outcome
The source site's menu, including nested items and order, recreated on the target site, ready to assign to a theme location.
