Route New Contacts into Your CRM with AI
Set up FluentCRM and route new contacts in, each tagged and segmented, ready to email.
Prerequisites
A connected site. Uses the free FluentCRM plugin, which the AI can install. The automatic per-submission hand-off is a one-time connection you make in your form plugin settings.
Set up FluentCRM on my site so I can organize my contacts, installing it if it is not active. Create these lists: [list them, for example Newsletter and Customers]. Create these tags: [tags, for example Lead and Contact-Form]. Then add a sample contact with my email, put them on the [list] and apply the [tag], and show me the contact so I can confirm the list and tag stuck. Finally, tell me exactly where in my form plugin settings to connect the form to FluentCRM so new submissions get added automatically with the right tag and list.

Skip the copy-paste. Just ask your AI for the “Route New Contacts into Your CRM with AI” recipe, or describe the task, and WPVibe runs these steps on your own site.
New leads come in through your contact form and then just sit there. They land in your inbox or a submissions table, and moving them into your email tool means copy-pasting names and addresses one at a time, or they never make the trip at all. By the time you want to email your leads, half of them are buried in old form entries you will never scroll back to.
WPVibe sets up FluentCRM, the free CRM that lives right inside WordPress, with the lists and tags you want, then routes contacts into it as subscribers. Each one is tagged and dropped into the right list, so you can segment and email them later instead of digging. It reads and writes through FluentCRM own API, so your contact data never leaves your site. To send every new form submission across automatically, you connect your form to FluentCRM once in your form plugin settings, and the AI points you to exactly where.
Tell the AI which lists and tags you want and it builds them, then adds a contact so you can watch the tagging and segmentation work before you trust it. It also shows you where in your form plugin, Fluent Forms, WPForms, and most others have a built-in FluentCRM connection, to switch on the automatic hand-off. From then on, new contacts flow into the right segment on their own.
Outcome
FluentCRM set up with your lists and tags, contacts routed in and segmented, and clear instructions for connecting your form so new submissions flow in automatically.
