Build a Knowledge Base with AI
Turn your most-asked questions into a browsable, searchable help section built from ordinary pages, with no new plugin or theme required.
Prerequisites
A connected site and a short list of the questions or topics you want to cover.
Build a knowledge base section on my site using ordinary pages, so it works with my current theme and needs no extra plugin. Create a landing page called [Knowledge Base, or Help Center], then create one article as a child page for each of these topics: [list your topics, for example "Getting started", "Billing and refunds", "Troubleshooting login"]. Draft a short, clear answer for each from what I tell you, and do not invent policies, prices, or steps you are unsure about. On the landing page, add a browsable index that links to every article, grouped in a sensible order. Keep everything as drafts so I can review the wording and the structure first. When you are done, show me the page hierarchy and the list of links so I can check it, and remind me that once the articles are published my site's search box will find them.

Skip the copy-paste. Just ask your AI for the “Build a Knowledge Base with AI” recipe, or describe the task, and WPVibe runs these steps on your own site.
The same questions land in your inbox every week, and you keep answering them one at a time because you never carved out a proper help section. A knowledge base sounds like a big project: new templates to design, a plugin to evaluate, a structure to plan. So the answers stay trapped in email instead of helping the next person who asks the same thing.
WPVibe builds the section out of ordinary WordPress pages, so it works on any theme without a new plugin. It creates a knowledge base landing page, adds an article for each topic as a child page, and links them into a clean index a reader can browse. Because the articles are normal pages, your site’s own search box already finds them by their words. Everything is saved as a draft, so you can read it over before you share the link.
Paste the prompt, list the topics you answer most, and let the assistant draft the landing page and the first articles. Ask it to show you the structure and the links so you can check the hierarchy before anything goes live. Start with your five or ten most common questions, then point the assistant at the next batch whenever the same email lands again.
Outcome
A knowledge base landing page with linked, searchable articles for each topic, saved as drafts for your review.
