Build a Sale Funnel with WordPress Pages and OptinMonster with AI
Landing page, bonus page, exit-intent popup and a site-wide sale bar, built and linked together in one conversation.
Prerequisites
A site connected to WPVibe with the OptinMonster plugin connected to your OptinMonster account, and OptinMonster's MCP connector added to the same AI assistant.
My WordPress site is connected through WPVibe and my OptinMonster account through OptinMonster's MCP connector. The offer is [the offer, e.g. 40% off everything], running until [end date]. 1. With WPVibe, create a landing page at /[landing page slug]/ with a bold hero, three benefit points, the pricing, and buttons to [where people buy]. Save it as a draft and give me the preview link. 2. Create a second draft page at /[delivery page slug]/ that holds [the bonus guide or offer details]. Keep it out of every menu and give me the https permalink it will have once published, https://[your domain]/[delivery page slug]/, and use that link in the popup. 3. In OptinMonster, create an exit-intent popup for the landing page: headline "Wait! Don't leave empty-handed.", one sentence offering [the bonus], an email field, and a success view whose button links to the delivery page. Rules: URL path contains [landing page slug], exit intent on all devices. 4. Create a floating bar pinned to the top of the page: "[your sale message]" with a "Shop the Sale" button linking to the landing page. Rules: every page except URLs containing [landing page slug]. 5. Add a display rule to both campaigns so they stop showing after [end date]. Assign both campaigns to this site and leave them paused. List every page and campaign with its URL or ID and its rules. When I approve, publish the two pages first and confirm each live URL matches the links in both campaigns, then turn on both campaigns, and confirm the bar shows on the homepage and not on the landing page.
Skip pasting the full prompt. Drop this into your AI on a site that already has WPVibe:
Run the “Build a Sale Funnel with WordPress Pages and OptinMonster with AI” recipe from the WPVibe cookbook on my connected site.
A sale needs more than a discount code. It needs a page that explains the offer, a way to catch the visitors who leave that page, a bonus to give them, and a banner that tells everyone else the sale is on. Each piece lives in a different screen, and the links between them are where things quietly break.
The AI builds the WordPress side through WPVibe: a landing page and a delivery page for the bonus, both drafts first. Then it builds the OptinMonster side through OptinMonster’s MCP connector: an Exit-Intent® popup on the landing page whose success view links to the delivery page, and a bar pinned to the top of every other page that sends people to the sale. It wires the real URLs between them and leaves everything paused.
Fill in the offer, the dates and the bonus you can actually deliver. Read the landing page before you approve it, since the AI is writing sales copy. The delivery page is unlisted, not protected, so do not put anything there you would mind being shared. Publish the pages before switching on the campaigns, then check the bar on your homepage and its absence on the landing page.
Outcome
Two draft pages and two paused OptinMonster campaigns, linked to each other, ready to launch in order on your approval.
