Get a monthly report on your Fluent Forms entries with AI
Entries per form this month and last, spam and unread, in one read-only table.
Prerequisites
A site connected to WPVibe with the free Fluent Forms plugin (tested on 6.2.15) and an administrator account.
Report on my Fluent Forms forms for [this period, e.g. September 2026] compared with [the period before]. Read-only: don't change anything. Never pass the fields parameter on a /fluentform/v1 route: Fluent Forms answers with an object that WordPress can't trim, and the site returns a critical error. Raise max_length instead. 1. List my forms with rest_api GET /fluentform/v1/forms?per_page=100: id, title, status, total_Submissions (all time), unread_count, total_views. 2. For each form with any entries, count with GET /fluentform/v1/submissions?form_id=ID&per_page=1&date_range[0]=[start, YYYY-MM-DD]&date_range[1]=[end], max_length 4000, and read total (it counts every entry except trashed ones, spam included; the end date counts in full). Count spam the same way with &entry_type=spam. Do both for this period and the one before. 3. Give me one table: form, entries this period, entries before, change, spam this period, unread now. Leave out spam when you describe the change. Add views and conversion only if total_views is above zero. If every form has zero views, check GET /fluentform/v1/global-settings?key=_fluentform_global_form_settings: misc.isAnalyticsDisabled true means Fluent Forms' form analytics are off, so it isn't counting views; say so instead of giving a rate. 4. Below the table, three to five plain sentences: which forms grew or dropped, any published form with no entries in either period (it may be broken or not embedded anywhere), and any form with a growing pile of unread entries.

Run the “Get a monthly report on your Fluent Forms entries with AI” recipe from the WPVibe cookbook on my connected site.
Are your forms bringing in more enquiries than last month, or fewer? Is the quote form quietly getting nothing while spam floods the contact form? Fluent Forms has the numbers, but answering those questions means clicking through each form and doing the sums yourself.
Ask your AI assistant and it counts every form’s entries for the month and the month before, the spam among them and what is still unread, straight from Fluent Forms. It changes nothing. You get one table and a few plain sentences on what moved and what needs attention.
Run it on the first of the month, or for any dates you choose. Views and conversion only appear when Fluent Forms is counting form views; if every form shows zero views, the assistant tells you rather than inventing a rate.
Outcome
A table of every form's entries for the period and the one before, with spam, unread entries and a short note on what changed.
