Remove the Duplicate Page Title from Elementor Pages with AI

Hide the theme's title above your Elementor designs on every page at once, with a Full Width fallback for themes that ignore Hide Title.

Difficulty Beginner
Time ~5 min

Prerequisites

A connected site running Elementor 4.3 or newer (free is fine) and the WPVibe plugin active. On Elementor 4.3.4 and later, Enable MCP access clicked under Elementor, Elementor MCP.

The prompt
My WordPress site uses Elementor, and the theme prints the page title above my Elementor designs. Fix that on [all my Elementor pages, or only these pages: list them]. If no Elementor abilities are listed, tell me to click Enable MCP access under Elementor, Elementor MCP in wp-admin, and stop. First list the published pages built with Elementor where the theme's title still shows above the content, and wait for my approval. Then, for each page: read its current Elementor page settings with the WP-CLI command post meta get [page ID] _elementor_page_settings --format=json, add hide_title set to yes to that object, and send the whole object with elementor/update-page-settings, because that ability replaces the page's settings with what you send. Fetch the live page to check the title is gone. If it still shows, the theme ignores that setting, so set the page template to Elementor Full Width through the REST API (POST /wp/v2/pages/[page ID] with {"template":"elementor_header_footer"}), which keeps the header and footer, and check again. Never send template through elementor/update-page-settings, and do not change any page content. When you are done, give me a table of each page, what you changed, and its link, and name every page you switched to Full Width so I can check its layout.

Skip pasting the full prompt. Drop this into your AI on a site that already has WPVibe:

Run the “Remove the Duplicate Page Title from Elementor Pages with AI” recipe from the WPVibe cookbook on my connected site.

You design a hero in Elementor with a big headline, publish, and the theme prints the page title above it anyway. Now the page has two headlines and two H1s. Elementor’s Hide Title switch fixes it on some themes and does nothing on others, and either way it is one page at a time.

The AI lists your Elementor pages that still show the theme’s title and waits for your yes. For each page it reads the page’s existing Elementor settings and adds Hide Title to them, keeping the rest, such as the page background and padding. Elementor saves page settings as one block, and WPVibe also merges the change into the stored settings before it saves. Then it checks the live page. If your theme ignores Hide Title, which happens when the theme’s title does not use the class Elementor looks for, it sets the page to Elementor’s Full Width template through WordPress itself, which keeps your header and footer and drops the theme’s title. Both show in the page’s settings in the editor.

Paste the prompt and review the list before you approve. Full Width also drops a sidebar if your theme shows one on pages, so the AI names every page it switches. When it finishes, click through two or three of them on desktop and phone. Works with free Elementor 4.3 or newer. On Elementor 4.3.4 and later, first click Enable MCP access under Elementor, Elementor MCP in wp-admin: until you do, Elementor’s abilities stay hidden from every AI tool. The same switch also opens Elementor’s own MCP connection to other AI tools.

Outcome

Your Elementor pages show only the headline you designed, every other page setting kept, with each change listed by page.
