See How Your Loyalty Program Did This Month with RewardsWP and AI
Reward revenue, members, points and referrals against the period before, with your top members. Read only.
Prerequisites
A WooCommerce store connected to WPVibe running RewardsWP 1.6 or newer (free or Pro; tested on Pro 1.6.0) on WordPress 6.9 or newer, with an administrator account.
My WooCommerce store runs RewardsWP. Report on my loyalty program for [period, for example October 1 to 31, or the last 30 days], compared with the period before. Read only: change nothing.
1. Run get_ability_info for each RewardsWP ability this uses: rewardswp/get-program-report, rewardswp/get-program-summary, rewardswp/list-top-members and rewardswp/list-vip-tiers. If one is not found, stop and tell me this needs RewardsWP 1.6 or newer on WordPress 6.9 or newer.
2. Run rewardswp/get-program-report with date {"start": "YYYY-MM-DD", "end": "YYYY-MM-DD"} for my period and compare true. Each metric has its value, the previous period's and the change (change_unit says percent or percentage points). If it returns a notice or not_in_plan, pass those on word for word.
3. Run rewardswp/get-program-summary with no date for the program as a whole: members by status, points earned and redeemed, referrals and rewards by status. If it returns a notice, pass it on word for word.
4. Run rewardswp/list-top-members with rank_by points_earned and the same date, number 5, then again with rank_by referrals. Run rewardswp/list-vip-tiers for how many members sit in each tier (skip it if VIP is off or not in my plan).
5. Report in plain words: a table of reward and referral revenue, new and active members, points earned and redeemed, redemption rate, completed referrals and orders using rewards, for both periods with the change; the top 5 members each way by first name and points or referrals; members per VIP tier; and points earned and redeemed program-wide from the summary (not the outstanding balance, which these reads don't give). Say revenue is RewardsWP's net figure (after discounts and refunds, without tax or shipping). End with three things worth doing, each tied to a number you found.
Skip pasting the full prompt. Drop this into your AI on a site that already has WPVibe:
Run the “See How Your Loyalty Program Did This Month with RewardsWP and AI” recipe from the WPVibe cookbook on my connected site.
A rewards program costs you discounts every day, and whether it pays back is a question most stores never quite answer. The figures are in RewardsWP’s dashboard, but turning them into “is this working” takes a comparison and a few minutes of reading.
The AI pulls RewardsWP’s own report for the period with the period before, ranks your best members by points earned and by friends referred, and shows how many members sit in each VIP tier. It changes nothing.
Revenue in the report is RewardsWP’s net figure: product sales after discounts and refunds, without tax or shipping. Some figures and comparisons need a paid RewardsWP plan; the AI tells you which ones your plan leaves out instead of guessing them.
Outcome
A short report on your loyalty program for the period, compared with the period before, with three things worth doing next.
