Turn Your All in One SEO 404 Log into Redirects with AI
Read the 404 log All in One SEO already keeps, match each broken address to the right live page, and create the redirects with your approval.
Prerequisites
A connected site running All in One SEO Pro 5.0 or newer with Redirects and 404 logging switched on, on WordPress 6.9 or newer. Let the log collect for a week or two first.
I use All in One SEO Pro on my WordPress site. Turn my 404 log into redirects. Use the All in One SEO redirect abilities and the WordPress REST API. First list my existing redirects so you do not duplicate one. Then read the 404 log, paging through it, and sort the entries by hits. Set aside the noise without asking me: requests for wp-login, xmlrpc, .env, .php files, admin paths, and other addresses that are clearly bots probing, and tell me how many you set aside. For each remaining address with 2 or more hits, search my published posts and pages for the live page that truly answers what that address was for, judging by the words in the address. Show me a table with the broken address, its hits, the proposed target, and why it matches. If nothing on my site really matches, say so and propose nothing: do not send anything to the homepage as a fallback. Do not propose a redirect whose source is a page that currently exists, and do not create chains: the target must be a final live URL. Wait for my approval. Create only the redirects I approve, as 301 redirects. Then request the first old address and confirm it answers with a 301 to the right page, and list the redirects again so I can see what was added. Deleting a redirect is permanent, so do not delete or edit any existing redirect unless I ask for it by name.

Every site leaks visitors through old addresses: the post you renamed, the product you retired, the link a partner typed wrong three years ago. Be strict about matches: a redirect to a page that is merely related is worse than an honest 404, and sending everything to the homepage is what search engines treat as a soft 404. The prompt tells the AI to leave an address alone when no page truly answers it. It also refuses to create a redirect whose source is a page that still exists, which is how redirect loops start.
