Prerequisites
A connected site running All in One SEO 5.0 or newer (the free version works) on WordPress 6.9 or newer. Take a backup before a large batch.
I use All in One SEO on my WordPress site. Find my published posts that are missing SEO data and fix them. Use the All in One SEO abilities. First list posts missing any of these: SEO title, meta description, focus keyphrase. Tell me the total, then work on the first 10 only. For each post, read its content, then propose an SEO title under 60 characters, a meta description between 120 and 155 characters that says what the reader gets, and one focus keyphrase someone would really search for. Base all three only on what the post says: no invented claims, no clickbait, and do not change a field that already has a value. Show me the batch as a table with post, proposed title, proposed description with its character count, and keyphrase, and wait for my approval. Save only what I approve, one post at a time. If a post comes back as not found, do not retry: tell me All in One SEO has not registered that post yet, that opening and saving it in the editor fixes it, and move on. After saving, read the first post back, then fetch its live URL and confirm the meta description appears in the page source. Tell me how many posts remain and ask before starting the next batch.

Every post has a box for an SEO title and a meta description, and on most sites most of those boxes are empty. Nobody decided to skip them. The post got written, publish got clicked, and the snippet Google shows became whatever the first sentence happened to be. Going back means opening each post, scrolling to the panel, and writing two lines, a hundred times.
