How to Check Your WPVibe Usage
Every WPVibe plan includes a daily allowance of tool calls, measured over a rolling 24-hour window. There are two ways to see where you stand, and it is worth a quick check before you kick off a big batch of work like a content refresh or a site-wide cleanup.
Your plan’s allowance
- Free: 100 calls per rolling 24 hours. New accounts get 300 for their first 7 days, once per site.
- Pro: 500
- Power: 2,000
- Agency: 5,000
- Scale: 10,000
The allowance belongs to your WPVibe account, not to a site: every site you connect draws from the same count. If you work from two WPVibe accounts, each has its own count, so check that your AI is connected to the account you expect. Agency clients draw from the allowance their agency sets, which comes out of the agency’s shared daily pool. If an agency sponsors your account, your AI shows that you draw from the agency’s allowance instead of a count, the first-week bonus, usage notes and Scale Day below do not apply, and your agency is the one to ask for more room. See Agency plans.
Ask your AI
The fastest way is to ask right in the conversation. In Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or any client with WPVibe connected, try:
- “How much WPVibe usage do I have left?”
- “Check my WPVibe usage before we start.”
Your AI will report how many calls you have used in the current 24-hour window and how many remain. If you are already at the limit, it also tells you roughly when more frees up.
Check your Account page
For the full picture, open your Account page and sign in with the same email you use for WPVibe. It shows:
- Last 24h usage: your rolling count against your plan’s limit. This is the number that matters.
- What’s using your allowance: the last 24 hours broken down by type of operation.
- Last 7 days: daily totals since your last reset, once you have more than a day of history. These bars are calendar days in UTC, so they will not line up with your rolling count. They are history, not what you have left.
- Banked resets: how many you hold and when the next one expires, with a Use reset button (more below).
How the limit works
The limit is a rolling 24-hour window, not a midnight reset, so there is no time zone to work out. Each call counts against your allowance for about 24 hours and then frees up on its own. If you did a burst of work this morning, headroom starts coming back tomorrow morning.
What counts: successful calls that do work on your sites, such as reading or editing content, changing files, running WP-CLI, and uploading media. Failed calls do not count. These never count: connecting a site, listing your sites, removing a site, viewing your profile, loading or saving skills, checking on an approval or an upload, and using a banked reset.
You will not hit it blind. When you pass 50%, 80%, and 95% of your allowance, WPVibe adds a short note to your AI’s responses so you can pace the work. If you do reach the limit, nothing breaks: further site calls are blocked until usage frees up, WPVibe tells you when that is, and your sites and settings are untouched.
Banked usage resets
From time to time WPVibe gives accounts a usage reset, for example at a launch, on a holiday, or after an outage. A reset clears your rolling 24-hour count right away, and you choose when to spend it.
- To use one: say “use my reset” to your AI, or click Use reset on your Account page. Then retry what was blocked.
- To see your balance: your Account page shows how many you hold and when the next one expires. If you have none, the row does not appear.
- You can hold up to three at a time, and each expires 90 days after it was given. A reset given while you already hold three is not kept.
- Only one can be spent every few minutes, so a double click or a retried request never spends two.
Sometimes WPVibe resets usage for everyone, or for everyone on a plan, at once, usually after an outage. That happens automatically and does not use one of your banked resets.
Need more room?
Upgrade your plan. If you are regularly running close to the limit, a higher plan gives you more daily headroom. Upgrades take effect immediately and clear your current 24-hour count, so you can keep working straight away. See plans and pricing. For a one-off push, like updating hundreds of old posts, monthly billing means you can step up for a month and step back down from Manage billing on your Account page when the project is done.
Add a Scale Day (paid plans). For one big day without changing your plan, a Scale Day is a one-time purchase that gives you 10,000 calls for the next 24 hours. Your Account page and the limit message offer it when you are eligible. A few things to know before you buy:
- It starts the moment you buy it and runs for 24 hours. Unused calls do not carry over.
- It is not refundable once it starts.
- You can buy up to four in any 30 days, and only one can run at a time.
- When it ends, your plan’s daily allowance resumes, counted from that moment.
