Every OttoKit ability

OttoKit registers these with the WordPress Abilities API under the ottokit namespace. Your AI finds them with discover_abilities and calls them with run_ability; only abilities marked destructive ask for your approval before they run. Registered means a fresh install of v1.1.41 ships it and we have not run it yet.
