Prerequisites
A connected site with WPForms Pro (entry storage is a Pro feature; on Lite the AI will tell you and stop). No settings changes needed for reading entries.
Read my WPForms entries and tell me which leads are worth calling back. First list my forms and ask me which one to use if there is more than one; do not guess. Check that entry data is available; if the site is on WPForms Lite, stop and tell me what Pro unlocks. Then pull ALL completed entries from [date range, e.g. the last 7 days], paging through until you have every one, and state clearly how many you read and whether that is everything. Group them by topic, flag the entries that look like real business with a one-line reason each, and note anything that looks like spam that got through. Compare the count to the previous equal period in the form "14 this week vs 9 last week"; if the earlier period had none, just say so, no percentages. Do not include IP addresses anywhere. You can read entries but not change them: never mark, star, delete, or touch entry data through the database or REST, even if I ask; instead give me the wp-admin link for each flagged entry so I can act on it there.
