Find Broken and Forgotten Forms with AI
One read-only sweep tells you which forms your pages actually use, before a visitor finds the one that is broken.
Prerequisites
A connected site with WPForms (free or Pro). No settings changes needed; this works the moment your site is connected.
Audit the forms on my WordPress site. List every WPForms form, then search all published content for form embeds: WPForms blocks, shortcodes written as "[wpforms]", and forms referenced inside page builder data such as Elementor. Give me a table of each form, whether it is embedded, and on which pages. Flag pages that embed a form ID that no longer exists, and list forms you cannot find embedded anywhere as "possibly unused", with a note about the places you cannot see, such as popups, widgets, unpublished drafts, or theme code. This is a read-only audit: do not delete or change anything. At the end, if you spotted quick improvements such as vague submit button text or missing placeholders, list them and ask whether I want them fixed (that part needs AI form editing enabled in WPForms under Tools).

Skip the copy-paste. Just ask your AI for the “Find Broken and Forgotten Forms with AI” recipe, or describe the task, and WPVibe runs these steps on your own site.
Forms accumulate. A form built for a campaign two years ago, a duplicate someone made to test something, a page that still embeds a form that was deleted. You do not notice until a visitor hits a page where the form just is not there, or a submission goes to a form nobody checks.
The AI reads your WPForms list and sweeps your site’s content for every place a form is embedded: block editor pages, shortcodes, and page builder data. It cross-references the two and reports which forms are live and where, which pages point at forms that no longer exist, and which forms it cannot find embedded anywhere. Everything is read-only; it changes nothing.
Paste the prompt as is; there is nothing to fill in. Treat “possibly unused” as a lead, not a verdict: a form can live in places a content sweep cannot see, like popups, unpublished drafts, or hand-coded templates, so check before you delete anything, and delete in wp-admin yourself if you decide to.
Outcome
A map of every WPForms form and where it is used, plus a list of broken embeds and possibly unused forms to review.
