See which WooCommerce orders need shipping with AI
Get a packing list and a pick list for every order waiting to ship, read straight from WooCommerce, with nothing on the store changed.
Prerequisites
A connected site running WooCommerce 10.9 or newer on WordPress 6.9 or newer, with some orders in Processing.
Show me which WooCommerce orders need shipping. Only read the store: do not change any order and do not email anyone. Use the woocommerce/orders-query ability with status processing, include_line_items true, orderby date, order asc and per_page 100, and keep paging until you have them all. Only orders placed after: [YYYY-MM-DD, or leave empty for all]. If I gave a date, pass it as date_after with T00:00:00 added, for example 2026-10-01T00:00:00. Then read the same orders from the WooCommerce REST API (GET /wc/v3/orders with include set to their ids and per_page 100, in batches of 100) for the shipping address, any note the customer left at checkout, and each line item's SKU and meta_data (the size, color or other options chosen). Give me: 1. A pick list: one line per product, and for products with options one line per variation (count by variation_id, and show its SKU and the options from meta_data), with the total quantity across all orders. 2. A packing list: one block per order with the order number, date, customer name, shipping address, and each item with its quantity. 3. The orders with a checkout note or no shipping address, so I look at those first. 4. A separate list of on-hold orders (orders-query with status on-hold and per_page 100, paging until you have them all) with their dates, marked "on hold, check before shipping". End with the number of orders and the number of items so I can check them against the Processing filter in WooCommerce.

Run the “See which WooCommerce orders need shipping with AI” recipe from the WPVibe cookbook on my connected site.
Every morning starts the same way: open WooCommerce, filter the orders to Processing, click into each one for the address and the items, and work out how many of each product to pull from the shelf. With ten orders that is twenty minutes of clicking before anything goes in a box, and it is easy to miss the one order where the customer left a note at checkout.
The AI reads your orders through WooCommerce's own order abilities, oldest first, with every item and quantity, then reads the shipping addresses and checkout notes from the WooCommerce REST API. You get a pick list that adds up each product across all orders, with every size or color on its own line, a packing list with one block per order, the orders with a checkout note or a missing address called out on their own, and on-hold orders listed apart so nothing ships before you have checked it. It only reads the store, so nothing changes and no customer is emailed.
Paste the prompt as it is, or add a date to see only newer orders. The count at the end is there so you can check it against the Processing filter on the WooCommerce Orders screen before you start packing. If you want the same orders in a spreadsheet instead, the Export WooCommerce orders to CSV recipe does that.
Outcome
A packing list, a pick list and a short list of orders to check first, for everything waiting to ship, in the chat.
