Your Plan and Your WPVibe Account
Your plan belongs to one account
A WPVibe account is one email address. When you upgrade, the plan goes on the account you were signed in with at checkout. Your daily allowance, connected sites and saved skills all belong to that account too.
Your AI app is also signed in to one WPVibe account. If the app is signed in with one address and you paid with another, the app still sees the Free plan.
Before you pay: check which account is connected
Ask your AI: “Which WPVibe account am I signed in with?” If you are upgrading from a daily-limit message, use the upgrade link in that message, so the pricing page shows the account your AI is using. Then upgrade that account. The link works for 15 minutes; if it has run out, ask your AI for a fresh one.
I upgraded, but my AI still says Free
Your AI is almost always signed in with a different email address than the one you paid with. To fix it:
- Remove WPVibe from your AI app’s connectors or MCP servers.
- Add it again and sign in with the email address you paid with.
- Ask your AI to list your sites. If a site is missing, ask it to connect that site. A site can be connected to more than one WPVibe account, so this doesn’t break the old connection.
Not sure which address you paid with? Look for the Stripe receipt in your inbox, or open your Account page signed in with each address: the paid one shows your plan.
Upgrades take effect right away and clear your current 24-hour count. See How to Check Your WPVibe Usage.
Using more than one AI app
Sign in to WPVibe with the same email address in every app, such as Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor. They then share one plan, one allowance, your connected sites and your saved skills. Each email address has its own count, so two addresses mean two separate accounts.
Need the plan on a different account?
If you paid on one account and want to keep working on another, email [email protected] from the address that paid. Say which account you want the plan on, and we’ll look at the options with you. Often the quickest fix is the one above: sign your AI app in with the address that paid.
