Your AI Just Learned SureForms

You know exactly what your form should ask. Building it still means dragging in fields one at a time, marking the required ones, writing the button and the thank-you message, and remembering to send the entries somewhere other than the site admin email nobody reads. Then the class fills up, and the form keeps taking signups you have to turn down by hand, because closing it is a setting buried in the form’s options.

SureForms, on 500,000+ sites by WordPress.org’s count, is the form builder from Brainstorm Force. Version 2.12.9 also gives AI assistants 16 abilities for its forms, entries, entry counts and settings, once you switch them on. WPVibe now has a verified SureForms page and six tested recipes, so the AI you already use can build a form from a plain description, close it on a date or after enough entries, add an automatic reply, fix emails that never arrive, and report on what came in.

What you can ask for

Each of these is a copy-paste prompt built on calls we ran against a live SureForms install before publishing it:

In practice it sounds like this. You paste the build-a-form recipe and say you need a form for airport transfer requests: name, email, mobile, flight number, arrival time, passengers and which villa. The AI checks you don’t already have a form by that name, then shows you a table of the fields, which ones are required and the choices for each list. You change one label and say yes. It builds the form in SureForms as a draft, sends each entry to your address instead of the site admin email, and sets replies to go straight to the person who filled it in. You check it in the SureForms editor. On your next yes it publishes the form and puts it on a draft page, so nothing is public until you publish that page yourself.

Closing a form works the same way. Ask it to close your class signup after 40 entries, and the AI first tells you how many entries the form has now and shows you the exact setting and the message visitors will see. Only after your yes does it save, and then it reads the setting back to confirm.

Who this is for

  • Anyone who needs a new form today. Describe it in a sentence or two and review a table, instead of building it field by field.
  • Classes, events and limited offers. Stop taking entries at a date and time or at a number, with your own message in the form’s place.
  • Small businesses that live on their contact form. Find out why the emails stopped, send every enquiry an instant reply, and see which entries are real customers.
  • Agencies looking after client sites. A monthly entries report per site, without logging in to each one.

How to get started

Step 1: Install or update SureForms and turn on its abilities. The recipes need SureForms 2.12.9 or newer on WordPress 6.9 or newer, with an administrator account. SureForms’ abilities are off until you switch on Enable Abilities under SureForms > Settings > MCP. That tab first asks you to install the free MCP Adapter plugin. Recipes that change forms also need Enable Edit Abilities on the same tab.

Step 2: Install WPVibe and connect the AI you already use. WPVibe is an MCP server that connects the AI you already use to your WordPress site. Install the free WPVibe plugin from WordPress.org. Its settings screen has buttons to add it to Claude or ChatGPT, plus a server address for other AI apps. Sign in with a free WPVibe account when your AI asks, then paste the connect line from the same screen into your AI, open the link it replies with while logged in to your WordPress site, and approve. No passwords ever go in the chat.

Step 3: Start with the monthly report. It only reads, so it is the safe first run, and it shows you which forms are working and which ones got nothing.

Why these are worth trusting

We installed SureForms 2.12.9, the free version, on a test site that already runs WooCommerce, built three forms through WPVibe, and filled them with 31 entries across seven weeks: bookings, survey answers, spam, and messages written to trick an AI. Two more came in through the published form, the way a visitor sends one, so we could check the emails it triggered. All 16 abilities ran: 14 through WPVibe, and the two that delete forms and entries stopped at WPVibe’s approval page in the browser, as deletes should, so we ran those two directly on the test site. We wrote down what would have sent an AI the wrong way:

  • The abilities are off on a fresh install. Nothing from SureForms shows up for the AI until Enable Abilities is on, so every recipe checks first and tells you where the switch is.
  • A draft form shows on no page. Not even to you. So the build recipe publishes the form and keeps the page it sits on as a draft until you are ready.
  • New forms copy the site admin email. SureForms’ default email for a new form also sends a copy and a blind copy to the site admin address. The build recipe turns those copies off, and the email recipe shows you where they are on.
  • A limit of 0 closes the form. With the entry limit on, 0 closed the form straight away in our test, although the ability’s own description tells the AI 0 means unlimited. Entries in the trash don’t count toward a limit, so trashing spam frees a place.
  • Entries are written by strangers. Every recipe that reads entries treats them as data and never follows instructions inside them. We tested with entries that tried.
  • Changes are shown before they are saved. Creating and editing forms runs at once, with no approval page, so every recipe that changes something shows you the plan and waits for your yes first.

The SureForms page has every ability we verified and the gotchas we found. If you only try one, describe the next form you need and let your AI build it.

P.S. WPVibe is free to start and works with the Claude or ChatGPT account you already have, so there is no second AI subscription to buy. Connect your site and describe the form you have been putting off building.
