Every Formidable Forms ability
Formidable Forms registers these with the WordPress Abilities API under the formidable-forms namespace. Your AI finds them with discover_abilities and calls them with run_ability. WPVibe asks for your approval only when an ability is marked destructive and deletes something or runs code; everything else runs as soon as your AI calls it. Verified means we ran it on a live install of v7.0 (free and Pro). Registered means a fresh install of v7.0 ships it and we have not run it yet.
Requires Formidable Forms 7.0 or newer on WordPress 6.9 or newer, with an administrator account, and Enable the Formidable MCP server switched on under Formidable > Global Settings > MCP. Tested on Formidable 7.0, free and with Formidable Pro 7.0; the 13 Pro abilities need an active Pro license.

What we learned testing it
Behavior the ability descriptions do not mention.
- Formidable keeps its abilities off until a site admin switches on Enable the Formidable MCP server under Formidable > Global Settings > MCP. Until then WPVibe sees no Formidable abilities at all (tested).
- Deleting a form, field, entry, form action, payment record or subscription record goes to WPVibe's approval page in your browser first. Approved, it is permanent: Formidable deletes them outright, with no trash, and deleting a form or a field also deletes its entries or answers.
- A form built through create-form starts with no email notification (tested). The build-a-form recipe adds one.
- When you list entries, the end date is not included: September is September 1 to October 1. Times are in UTC.
- Searching entries by text needs Formidable Pro; on the free version the search is ignored and every entry comes back (both tested). Entries Formidable marked as spam are left out of lists.
- Formidable Pro adds 13 abilities (entries, per-form styles, field statistics, applications) only while its license is active. An entry the AI creates runs the form's actions like a real submission, so its emails go out (tested) and any registration, post or API actions run too, and it is credited to the connected account.
- Field statistics from Formidable Pro take a date range through created_at_greater_than and created_at_less_than, which its input schema does not list (tested through WPVibe: 3.67 for September ratings).
- A form that is a draft but placed on a published page still shows its fields to visitors, without a submit button. Unpublish the page to take a form down.
- Refunds and subscription cancellations go through the connected Stripe, Square or PayPal account; we could not test them without one. They run as soon as the AI calls them: WPVibe shows no approval page for them, so ask your AI to confirm with you first. Payment lists stay empty until a gateway is connected.
- Form styles are shared: changing the default style changes every form that uses it.
Verified, and kept that way
Works with AI is WPVibe’s verification program. Every ability marked verified was run on a live Formidable Forms install, and we rescan WordPress.org weekly so a release that adds or removes abilities shows up here before it surprises you.
